These Terms govern access to SapiensGuide, the SapiensGuide website, beta waitlist, and related services provided by Nested Cognition LLC.

Use of the service

You may use SapiensGuide only if you can form a binding agreement with Nested Cognition LLC and comply with these Terms and applicable law.

Beta access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended at any time while we develop the product.

Product purpose

SapiensGuide provides AI-supported organization, reflection, information filtering, scheduling, parenting support, cognitive tooling, and household-coordination features. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, or child-safety advice.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you provide, the household members you invite, and the decisions you make using SapiensGuide.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape the service, upload unlawful content, or use SapiensGuide to harm others.

AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific situation. You should review outputs before relying on them, especially for parenting, health, safety, education, financial, legal, or other high-impact decisions.

Google Calendar and third-party services

If you connect Google Calendar or another third-party service, you authorize SapiensGuide to access and use that service only for the features you enable. Your use of third-party services remains subject to those providers terms and policies.

Intellectual property

Nested Cognition LLC owns SapiensGuide, including its software, design, branding, prompts, workflows, and product materials. You retain rights to content you provide, subject to the permissions needed for us to operate and improve user-facing features.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SapiensGuide is provided as is and as available during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nested Cognition LLC disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material updates will be posted on this website or communicated through the service where appropriate.
