This Privacy Policy explains how Nested Cognition LLC collects, uses, stores, and protects information for SapiensGuide, including our beta waitlist, household trust-layer product, and any Google Calendar integration used to power user-facing scheduling features.

What SapiensGuide does

SapiensGuide is a household-grade AI trust layer for families and adults. It is designed to help users filter information, maintain household knowledge vaults, coordinate named agents, support parenting decisions, and improve human cognition without advertising, engagement-maximizing feeds, or anthropomorphic companion mechanics.

Information we collect

Waitlist and beta information: email address, signup timestamp, invite status, and messages you choose to send us.

Product information you provide: household preferences, notes, knowledge-vault content, scheduling context, feedback, and other information you intentionally add when using SapiensGuide.

Google Calendar information, if you connect Google Calendar: calendar metadata, event details, availability, start and end times, attendees, meeting links, reminders, and related scheduling fields needed to show, create, update, or manage calendar features you request.

Technical information: device, browser, log, error, usage, and security data needed to operate the website and product reliably.

How we use information

We use information to operate SapiensGuide, manage beta access, respond to requests, provide household trust-layer features, maintain user-facing scheduling flows, improve product quality, prevent abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising. We do not use Google Calendar data to determine creditworthiness or for lending. We do not train public AI models on user data.

Google API data

If SapiensGuide accesses Google user data, that access is limited to the permissions required for the calendar feature the user chooses to enable. We request the minimum relevant scopes needed for the feature.

Google Calendar data is used only to provide or improve visible, user-facing scheduling and household-coordination features inside SapiensGuide.

Google Calendar data is not sold, transferred to advertising platforms, or used for personalized advertising. Humans do not read Google Calendar data except when necessary to provide support requested by the user, investigate security or abuse issues, comply with law, or handle aggregated internal operations in accordance with privacy requirements.

SapiensGuide use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, email, or operate the product. They may use information only to provide services to Nested Cognition LLC.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, abuse prevention, or legitimate business records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting info@nestedcognition.ai.

You may disconnect Google Calendar access through your Google Account permissions page or by contacting us. After access is revoked, we will stop requesting Google Calendar data and delete stored Google Calendar data unless retention is required for security, legal, or backup reasons.

Children and households

SapiensGuide is designed for household use and parenting support, but children should use it only with parent or guardian involvement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent.
